The M1152A UGV takes BEC Defense's combat-proven M1152 HMMWV chassis and removes the crew from the cab. Operated entirely by remote driving system, it carries the same payload capacity and off-road durability into high-risk environments without putting a soldier behind the wheel. Every mission-critical function, including driving, cargo transport, and aerial reconnaissance via an integrated drone launch platform, is built to run from a safe distance, so exposure to hostile fire, IEDs, and unknown terrain falls on the machine, not the operator. Whether supporting convoy resupply, forward reconnaissance, or casualty evacuation routes, the M1152A extends the reach of the mission while keeping personnel out of the kill box.
Remote Driving System
A hardened control link delivers real-time video, telemetry, and full drive control to an operator stationed outside the danger area. The vehicle takes the risk, not the crew.
Throttle, steering, and braking respond over the control link with the same immediacy as sitting in the cab, without sitting in the cab.
Drone Launching Capability
Deploys a UAS directly from the vehicle, extending reconnaissance and target acquisition beyond the platform's own position before a crew ever enters the area.
Aerial feed routes straight back to the operator alongside the vehicle's own sensors, giving one controller a combined ground-and-air view of the terrain ahead.
Payload & Mobility
Keeps resupply, equipment, and casualty-evacuation loads moving without needing a second vehicle in the convoy.
Keeps pace with a manned convoy on the highway instead of trailing behind it.

Dual-Mode Operation
The M1152A isn't locked to remote control. When the mission calls for it, the vehicle can be crewed and driven manually, just like a standard M1152 HMMWV.
Operators switch between remote and manual control without swapping hardware, keeping the platform ready for whichever mode a mission profile demands.
